TICKET TERMS

• All sales are final. No cancellation and no refund.

• Ticket holders must be 21 years of age or older.

• Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable unless otherwise stated by the Organizer in writing

• Ticket holders must present a valid original government-issued ID or passport to collect their festival wristband and gain entry.

• The Organizer is not responsible if any guest arrives late or fails to comply with the published festival schedule. No refund will be issued in such 
cases.

PROGRAM AND LINE-UP

• Festival programming, schedule, venue, and performers are subject to change without prior notice.

• Such changes do not entitle the ticket holder to any refund or compensation.

WRISTBAND POLICY

• Wristbands must be worn at all times during the festival.

• Do not tamper with, stretch, cut, or alter your wristband in any way.

• Altered or damaged wristbands will be deemed invalid, and the bearer may be refused entry or removed from the festival grounds without refund.

• Wristbands are strictly non-shareable and non-transferable.

RIGHT OF ADMISSION RESERVED

• The Organizer reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse admission to or remove any person from the Festival premises without refund if such person:

• is in breach of these Terms & Conditions;

• appears to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs to an unsafe degree;

• behaves in a disorderly, unsafe, illegal, or inappropriate manner;

• poses a security, safety, or operational risk to the Festival, its staff, artists, partners, or other attendees; or

• fails to comply with instructions issued by Festival staff, security personnel, or local authorities.

• All decisions of the Organizer and its appointed security personnel are final.

COMPLIANCE WITH LAWS

• All attendees must comply with applicable local laws and regulations in Dahab, Egypt.

• Any person found in violation of laws or festival regulations may be removed from the event without refund and may be subject to legal action.

• Ticket holders must not act in any manner that conflicts with applicable laws, orders, or regulations.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

• Attendance at the Festival is at the ticket holder’s own risk.

• Chill O’posite shall not be liable for:

• loss or theft of personal belongings;

• personal injury;

• accidents;

• or any indirect or consequential damages arising during or in connection with the event, except where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.

                                                                         FORCE MAJEURE AND RESCHEDULING

• If the Festival is postponed, rescheduled, relocated, cancelled, or materially affected due to events beyond the reasonable control of the Organizer — including but not limited to war or threat of war, armed conflict, terrorism, civil unrest, government orders, travel restrictions, public health emergencies, pandemics, natural disasters, severe weather, security incidents, or any similar force majeure event — the Organizer reserves the right to reschedule the Festival to a new date or change the venue if required.

• All tickets shall remain valid for the rescheduled date. No refunds shall be issued under force majeure circumstances.

• The Organizer shall not be responsible for any additional costs incurred by ticket holders, including but not limited to travel, accommodation, or other personal expenses.

ACCOMMODATION BOOKINGS

• Accommodation packages, where offered, are provided as an optional third-party service separate from the festival ticket.

• In the event of festival rescheduling due to force majeure:

• accommodation dates may be shifted within the same calendar year, subject to hotel availability;

• accommodation bookings are non-refundable;

• the Organizer is bound by its agreements with hotel partners.

• Any changes remain subject to hotel policies and availability.

PRIVACY POLICY

• Personal data including name, phone number, email address, and address may be collected and used for:

• ticket processing;

• event communications;

• promotional updates;

• customer support.

• For purchasers outside Egypt, data may be shared with relevant authorities when legally required and/or with official travel partners in Egypt.

• All data is handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

DELIVERY POLICY AND METHOD

• After successful payment, the purchaser will receive the E-ticket via email.

• The E-ticket must be presented at the registration desk together with a valid ID or passport to collect the festival wristband.
